Our Services

Every bodywork session will approach each client’s individual needs differently and use techniques and modalities tailored specifically to their goals. These Integrative Massage sessions may include Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue techniques, sports massage, passive/active assisted stretching, reflexology, cupping and scraping, and use of hydrotherapy.

  • A Swedish massage is meant to relax the entire body and nervous system. Using long, gliding strokes that move the blood in the direction of the heart to promote increased blood flow, stress relief, flushing of metabolic byproduct.

  • Therapeutic massages involve more focused work on the body’s soft tissue - the muscles, tendons, and ligaments that support and move your body. This may mean more focus on one side or part of the body versus a full-body massage.

  • Sports and Deep tissue massage are designed to focus on problem areas at a deep level. This may not be the most RELAXING massage but it is affective! You will experience increased mobility, increased blood flow, and more balanced.

  • The entire human body is encapsulated in a seran wrap-like layer called fascia. Fascia surrounds each muscle and organ providing protection, lubrication, and assists in movement. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a technique that uses gentle, slow, and intentional hands-on therapy to literally melt away fascial restrictions that could be causing pain and discomfort.

  • Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese healing modality that involves placing specially designed cups on the skin to create suction. This gentle suction helps to promote blood flow, reduce stagnation, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
